Lake Eyasi
(1 stop)
Take to the skies to experience dramatically stunning vistas of Lake Eyasi and the cascading escarpment, with your pilot cruising at a low altitude for optimal viewing. Birdlife is abundant all year round with extensive birding on the lake between November and December, including pelicans and flamingos. Your pilot then lands on the highest point of the escarpment for a spectacular brunch or sundowner.

Southern Serengeti
(2 stops)
Experience a safari from the sky over the Southern Serengeti region, searching for wildlife from above and soaking in vast Tanzanian landscapes. For your first stop, your pilot expertly lands the helicopter atop a beautiful koppie (boulder) where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and marvel over the seemingly endless wilderness. Next, fly out over Lake Eyasi and land on the escarpment’s highest point for a breathtaking brunch or sundowner.

The Great Rift Valley

Fly over the Great Rift Valley on an incredible journey with brunch and coffee stops along the way. Fly over Lake Natron to see the flamingos, Lengai (an active volcano), and waterfalls with swimming pools before flying past the famous Ngorongoro Crater and Embakai Crater. Upon return for a late lunch, your pilot will fly down towards Lake Eyasi where guests can marvel at the shimmering water and striking escarpment.

The ultimate circuit
For an all-encompassing and adventure-filled experience, the helicopter is available to be booked for the entirety of your East African safari circuit, with the option of incorporating destinations outside of Tanzania. Yours exclusively from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Move seamlessly across borders, from lodge to lodge, to airports and tropical islands.

Our Helicopter
Our award winning Airbus H125 helicopter outclasses all other single-engine helicopters for high-performance in hot and high conditions, fully equipped with dual hydraulics, enhanced safety VEMD systems and satellite tracking. With ample legroom and a comfortable ride, the H125 has left and right-hand sliding doors that can be left open or closed during flights.
Our Pilots
With decades of experience between them, our experienced pilots have spent many years specialising in helicopter safaris throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Holding both FAA and KCAA commercial pilots’ licenses as well as qualified flight instructors, our pilots are not only passionate about exploring the magnificent African landscape but delight in providing unforgettable adventures for guests that leave them truly inspired.
